Why do I have nose bleeding?

It is common situations during winter season; get cold (can reach -20 deg C), dry air and difficult to breath (make me breathing very fast and I can see the vapour air come out from my nose and my mouth). Terrific!

It is usual weather here in Lincoln. Having a cold season is the great experience here, and I never had during my bucolic antecedents. During dry and hot season or called as summer season which can goes up to 20-40 deg C which, it is the best time to spend holiday. Yet, I should think how I should celebrate the snowy season this time. Ermm....

Talking about nose bleeding, it is very rare that could be happens in Malaysia. For myself, as far as I concern, I never had nose bleeding, and I had once during childhood; long time ago. From medical point of view our nose is part body which is rich of blood vessels (vascular) and is situated in a vulnerable position as on protrudes on the face. Sounds jerk huh! Do not understand! Medical Doctor could explain to you. ! hihi Then as a result, trauma to the face can cause nasal injury and bleeding.

Well, the bleeding may be profuse, or just simply a minor complication and nosebleeds can occur spontaneously when the nasal membranes dry our or CRACK! Oppss. Ok, now I found why I got nose bleeding! So according to the book, it is common in dry climates; on during winter months when the air is dry and warm from household heaters. May be I should control my heater little bit and changes with very thick of comforter or a layers of t-shirts and makes me looks like FAT guy! Now I am gaining weight about 1-2kg during winter and back to 65-70kg when it comes to summer! Amazing....

The first time I got nose bleeding here, I am really susceptible if the case becomes serious and significant bleeding. So far I didn’t take any medicine and I tried to make it as natural as I could. As we know our nose contains of mucus, which will maintain our nose’s moisture. Because of the weather is cold and dry, what I did is I clean up my nose everyday with warm water every time I go to the bathroom. That will help my nose become moisturise back.

Sometimes I felt something were hardly sticks in my nose. NEVER USED YOUR FINGER TO CLEAN IT! (May be this very helpful tip for someone). Use some tissues or wet tissue paper with warm water to clean it. Sometimes I am lucky, a piece of dry blood comes out, upps... it‘s terrifies me though! And at the time I need more paper tissue and now my nose was bleeding little bit and I start feeling uncomfortable with tissue in my nose!! hahaha I'm kinda very sensitive person when have a blood in front of my eyes. Oh my gosh... How to prevent? I don’t have any idea.... sorry! Just face it.

P/S: Keep in layers during winter, snow is coming soon....
